We offer sessions for all ages & fitness levels-everyone is catered for. We focus on getting you the results you want – whether it’s weight loss, toning up, feeling healthy or training for a fun run, we can help you get there.

High Intensity Workouts


More high intensity sessions are starting this week!!

Included in several of our classes throughout the week will be 20 min high intensity portions where the aim is to work at 90-100% of your maximum. This type of training helps improve cardiovascular fitness, sprint training, fat loss & pushes the

Mothers Day Classic


Sunday saw a few of our dedicated HIMF team run the Mothers Day classic in Melbourne to support breast cancer research.

It was a wet & wild morning but they got out there and ran the 8km course with ease!

  • Since starting training with HIMF I have increased my fitness gained fantastic tips of healthy and clean eating along with great recipes, i always hated running and found it boring and such an effort i am now a runner i look forward to running and really enjoy it and have just completing my first 10km fun run which I never thought id do!! the sessions are fantastic and always push you and challenge you to go harder, it’s great training in different locations with a fantastic trainer and a great bunch of people that are always there to help, support and cheer you on and most of all have a good laugh with!!

Led by heather, an inspirational health and fitness professional who really cares for and encourages everyone to achieve their personal goals. Heather educates her clients on everything to do with healthy living and has taught me a lot about diet and exercise including keeping in shape during pregnancy and returning to exercise afterwards. I love the fact that no two sessions are the same and you get to exercise outdoors in some wonderful locations with amazing people!
