GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE
Our Group Fitness sessions can be attended on a casual basis, per session, or as part of a 12 week block.
We have a variety of different sessions on offer, for all fitness levels & capabilities.
Most sessions are suitable for people of all fitness levels, ages and capabilities, so please just ask when you enquire as to which would be suitable. We aim to cater to everyone when possible.
