We offer both indoor & outdoor training sessions to both individuals & groups.
TRAINING OPTIONS INCLUDE:
* PERSONAL TRAINING – 1 on 1 or small group sessions
* GROUP FITNESS – both indoor & outdoor sessions
* RUNNING SESSIONS – event training or just to keep fit
* LOW IMPACT/ “LITE” GROUP SESSIONS – ideal for new / injured clients
* CORPORATE TRAINING – workplace sessions
* ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING – perfect for those who prefer to train alone, in their own time, or who live remotely
* NUTRITION ADVICE
Choose from 1on1 personal training to achieve personalized results, or group fitness sessions to help you achieve your health & fitness goals in a supportive, fun environment.
Sessions are run in-studio as well as outdoors & are always varied to keep you motivated & challenged at every session. Online training is also offered to those who lack the time or resources to train elsewhere. A great option if you are time poor, or are at home with kids.
Outdoor sessions are run in the Seaford / Carrum / Patterson Lakes / Frankston / Mornington area.
All shapes, sizes & fitness levels are more than welcome & sessions will always cater to what you want to achieve. There are no excuses!
