Training for events is our specialty at HIMF
You choose the event and we’ll help you train for it!
Whether it’s a 3km fun run or a 200km endurance event, we can help you achieve the fitness level required to complete the event, and you might even find a few friends to join you. Training for and participating in these events is a fun and rewarding experience. It helps you realize that your body and your mind are able to achieve more than you thought possible, and it can become very addictive!
Both personal training and group fitness training can get you ready for an event.

We also run several fundraising events each year, raising money for various causes such as OXFAM & the breast cancer foundation.
HIMF also supported the Womens’ Cancer Foundation with the first ever 100 Women Walk event in September 2012, as well as the We Can Walk It Out fun run in February 2013. These events helps to raise much needed funds for ovarian cancer research.
