GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE
Our Group Fitness sessions can be attended on a casual basis, per session, or as part of a 12 week block.
We have a variety of different sessions on offer, for all fitness levels.
Most sessions are suitable for people of all fitness levels, so please just ask when you enquire as to which would be suitable. We aim to cater to everyone when possible.

HIIT sessions – High Intensity Interval Training:
Circuit based sessions with a variety of exercise stations (e.g. inc boxing, push ups, core work, skipping, battle ropes, dumbbell exercises) that aim to keep your heart rate up (to build fitness, burn fat & calories), and build strength and tone in your muscles (for a higher metabolism, a “toned” and fit look, and a strong body). These are full body workouts that get the absolute best from you. You work as hard as YOU can, and share the workout high with the rest of the group.
Outdoor run sessions based around the Seaford, Carrum, Frankston, Mornington and Mordialloc area. These sessions help to build speed, endurance and leg strength in a safe and supportive environment. For the runner who wants to improve-whether its 1km up to 5km or 10km to a marathon, we have you covered.
